1980 Hugh Cornwell of The Stranglers was found guilty of possession of heroin, cocaine and cannibis. He was fined GBP300 ($510) and sentenced to three months in Pentonville prison.

2022 Canadian musician R.Dean Taylor died at home at the age of 82. As a singer, Taylor is best known for his hits “Indiana Wants Me” and “There’s a Ghost in My House”, later covered by The Fall and The Damned.
